Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

 

Author Guidelines

  1. The abstract should be 500 words or less, including any references
  2. title of the abstract should be included in the title box, not in the text of the abstract.
  3. All co-authors should be added using the system, or they will not be included in any book of abstracts or similar.  Authors should not be listed in the abstract itself.
  4. You can include figures in the abstract using HTML if you wish - in this case click on the 'HTML' icon to edit the source code and you will need to set the 'width' parameter in the 'img' tag to size the image to the text box.
  5. You can include citations in the abstract using Numbered style, with a list of references at the end of the abstract (all within 500 word limit)

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

  1. My/our abstract is less than 501 words
  2. I/we understand that the abstract is entered into the text box in the next step of the submission process.
  3. I understand that the title of the abstract should be included in the title box, not in the text of the abstract.
  4. I understand that if I do not add my co-authors in the next step, they will not be included in any book of abstracts or similar.  Authors should not be listed in the abstract itself.
  5. I/we understand that we can include citations in the abstract using Numbered style, with a list of references at the end of the abstract (all within 500 word limit)
  6. I/we understand that we can include figures in the abstract using HTML
